I suppose I’m a bit behind the curve on many web related things and I must admit I did learn about twitter when it first came out…but I just wasn’t really sure why it might be useful. But as a business blogger, I have to say I find it pretty ingenious – at least right now in the past hour I’ve been using it. Twitter is essentially just tiny miniblogs (less than 160 characters) that allow you to make random comments without taking up the time to post an entire blog. This is especially helpful for someone who may be out and about (since you can send the messages via phone and IM services) who just wants to make a wild comment back to their friends or blog readers.
I can definitely see myself becoming addicted to something like this and wanting to send “tweets” far more often then I probably should…but all of you reading this will certainly know what I’m up to every second of the day if I do start a routine like that! But more than likely I’ll use it for a while and then kinda forget it’s there…so all you twitter-ers our there – speak up and let me know you’re out there so I stay inspired!
And who knows…I may have to start tweeting on a few of my other blogs as well!!

The term “Boyzilian” is taking London by storm as salon owners have reported to The Guardian that they’ve seen an increase in the number of men asking them to “take it all off.” All over the country more and more men (gay and straight alike) are marching into beauty salons and demanding a “Boyzilian”, or as one Yorkshire-based salon bills it, “the Full Monty”. In other words, the complete or near-complete removal of hair in intimate areas using wax.
Some credit David Beckham and his latest Armani campaign for the increase in popularity of men’s intimate waxing…but the Guardian says men have been doing it for years and Mr. Beckham is simply following the trend. No, guys haven’t been having everything in down there ripped out, but there are apparently quite a few men who have at least some sort of waxing done to keep things tidy.
Kim Lawless, who calls herself the Wax Queen, runs the Brazilia Waxing Studio in Upminster, east London, and specialises in intimate waxing for both sexes. “But most of my clients are men,” she said, adding that most of them were straight. “They come from every walk of life and profession – accountants, stockbrokers, teachers, boxers, models – but I’ve noticed that a lot of my clients are in the building trade.”
Business is booming. “A year ago I was doing three men a week. Now I am doing three men a day,” she said. “I don’t know why it has suddenly become more popular, but when people come in they do mention David Beckham. Now that celebrities like him are open about waxing, it makes other men feel more comfortable about it.”
What a nice surprise to know that women aren’t the only ones trying to sexify themselves with waxing treatments. I’m not saying I’m ready to jump on the bandwagon myself but I guess I might be getting closer. I’m thinking of starting with something like using an epilady on my legs for a while to desensitize myself a bit…and then if I can find a waxing salon where no one knows me and I can scream out all I need when they start tugging, I may finally give in to the curiosity. And men, keep up your brave faces. We know it has to hurt but we appreciate your toughness and you shall be greatly rewarded!

We’re thrilled to be posting about another great review about the Venereous Shaving Trio which you know we really love around here. I use it every day myself and have never found any shaving oil and jelly combo that I like better…but I may be biased right? So here’s what The Red Sneaker Diaries, a sexy blog written by an adventurous young woman, had to say.
Well personally, I NEVER wet shave with a razor because no matter what I’ve tried I always get irritation. That is, until I tried the Venereous shaving trio. I have absolutely no irritation. I was FULLY expecting irritation despite the claims of the product. Instead, I have smooth, blemish free skin. I am 100% happy with the shave I got from using these products. I think I might have to keep a supply on hand for times I need a quick shave. Oh, and if the price seems steep, consider this: one set of bottles is supposed to last about a year (according to the website), which I am inclined to believe based on how much I used for my one shave.
I give this product Five Stars. I highly recommend it.

Time for another brag-fest from us. We had another great review from Stiletto Diaries which is quite impressive since the author, Shasta Gibson, doesn’t even like to shave! And although she’ll remain a devoted friend of the wax, she adds, “If you still prefer to shave (men this means you too) then please consider improving the experience by using these products.”
Shasta, we applaud you for being so brave about constantly subjecting yourself to the pain of waxing. I’m personally too much of a wimp to try it but maybe someday I’ll get brave and give it a whirl. Until then, I’ll be huddling behind the protection of Venereous!
