A Shaving Dilemma Due to My New Micro Bikini
Dear Ayla,
My fiancé and I are planning a trip to the Caribbean for our honeymoon, and he bought me one of those skimpy little micro bikini sets. I love the bathing suit, but I hate having to shave everything down there! I honestly don’t know how women do it. It leaves those little red bumps behind and when the hair starts to grow back, it is a slow form of torture for me.
That is all well and fine when I am wearing the bikini and have just shaved, but when it comes time for me to go back to work, I just know that those little red bumps and the irritation that go with them are really going to drive me bananas.
I honestly have tried everything, from extra sensitive style shaving cream to creamy soap to waxing. No matter what I do, I always end up with those bumps and in my opinion they are more trouble than they are worth! If it weren’t for this bikini, I would be happy to take it or leave it when it comes to shaving ‘down there.’
Please help me. My honey loves when I am nice and smooth and he loves these micro bikinis, but the discomfort is just too much for me to handle. Any advice?
